Every morning, 12-year-old Fatmah walked 8 miles to fetch water from a murky pond. The water often made her and her siblings sick. “I prayed for a miracle,” her mother recalls.

🛠 The Transformation: Drilling Hope
With the support of donors, the Ar-Rahmaan Islamic Foundation drilled 42 meters deep through rock and soil in Mbale District, Uganda. As clean water burst from the ground, the villagers wept tears of joy.
